Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewelry and artwork, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected].
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the case and provide a replacement or solution if eligible.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved because the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued if a damaged or incorrect item cannot be replaced.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
