Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from two locations depending on where you live:

Every order is inspected, securely packaged, and shipped directly from the studio to ensure safe arrival.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — CINDR Haus ships worldwide. All packages include tracking, and delivery times depend on customs processing and destination.

Shipping Rates

United States (Ships from California)

Because packaging, transport, and USPS rates typically total $15–$20 per order, the following flat rate keeps things simple and fair:

Mexico (Domestic – Ships from Mexico)

International (Ships from Mexico)

All international orders outside the U.S. ship via Correos de México / MexPost.

Flat Rate International: $45 USD
7–21 business days, tracking included.

Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order pieces require additional time.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is sent out.
