CINDR HAUS is a multidisciplinary creative studio specializing in original artwork, handcrafted jewelry, and conceptual objects.
All products are made by hand in limited quantities. Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are natural and reflect the artisanal process.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
By purchasing, you represent that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

3. PRICES & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
  • Prices, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Discount codes (such as CELEBRATE) must be entered at checkout before completing your purchase; they cannot be applied retroactively.

4. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Custom or made-to-order work may require a non-refundable deposit.

  • The final price will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
  • Estimated production times will vary depending on complexity and materials.
  • All custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange once production has started.

5. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Standard processing time is 3-10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.
  • Worldwide shipping is available. Delivery times depend on the destination and postal carrier.
  • CINDR HAUS is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS

Due to the handmade and conceptual nature of the work, all sales are final.

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Repairs or replacements may be considered only in cases of damage during transit and must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, with photos provided.
  • Any approved repairs will be handled at the discretion of the studio.

7. MATERIALS & CARE

Pieces may include brass, bronze, stainless steel, glass beads, semi-precious stones, and mixed media.
To preserve quality and finish:

  • Avoid exposure to moisture, lotions, or chemicals.
  • Store items in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, jewelry designs, images, text, logos, and concepts displayed on this website are the intellectual property of CINDR HAUS / Veronica Lopez and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected through this website (such as name, email, shipping address, and payment details) is used solely for order processing and communication related to your purchase.
